My first yoga class was 11 years ago in a Satyananda Yoga school in Madrid but I didn´t restart to practice regularly until 6 years ago in a Sivananda school. Since then, I´ve done my 900 hours TTC at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai, learning Classical Hatha Yoga and now being a regular practitioner at the Iyengar Institute of London. I´ve also combined my Yoga path learning Buddhist meditation and participating in several Vipassana retreats doing Seva.

Straight away, after finishing my Yoga course, I started to teach free Yoga lesson in South India for 6 months. Back to Europe, I created a Yoga Studio with a partner, giving regular Yoga classes and meditation. And at the moment, I´ve created my own studio, in England, making a fusion between the beautiful Vinyasa flow and the alignment of the Iyengar tradition.
