I qualified as a 200 hour Hatha Raja Yoga Instructor under the expert tuition of Joanne Lockhart at YogaJo's Yoga Teacher Training School, Milngavie, Glasgow .
I came to yoga some years ago purely for the physical aspect, with the aim of becoming more flexible and toned. I quickly realised it was so much more. After the first few classes I noticed my energy levels had increased and I generally felt lighter and happier. After a few months of regular practice my anxiety and stress levels had significantly reduced. As a direct result of yoga I am healthier and happier than I have ever been and I want to share this transformational practice.
