I completed my yoga training at Yoga London in 2014 and began teaching immediately on completion. Having worked in the city, I was driven to learn as I was really keen to share the great feelings and benefits yoga can provide to those in high pressured jobs/environments. On completion, I teach a range of students and enjoy hearing their stories of how yoga helps in addition to learning more about their day to day. I love what yoga gives me and what it can give others. 

My local yoga classes have become a little social circle full of lovely lovely students who are so warm and inviting. My favourite moment of the week is those early mornings at the studio, in the middle of the park setting up for classes.
