I have been teaching les mills body balance for over 11 years, i especially love the yoga part of the classes and thought I’d like to teach yoga in its true form. I’ve qualified with Christine felix yoga at akram yoga in woking. It has been a truly wonderful experience and I cannot wait to be doing this full time only. I also teach other fitness style classes such as Pump, Insanity and etm.
I am working in fitness business part time as I have two little girls whom is a very important part of my life. Now they are both in school I am looking to expand my working hours.
