I have been practising YOGA since I was 50 yrs old and was inspired to teach by my Yoga teacher. I undertook my teacher training with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and did this online in march 2021. Something good has come out of COVID times !!!. I then did a further 2 weeks training in Reith yoga vedanta centre, Austria. I am inspired to share the benefits of practising all aspects of Yoga with all generations and hope to continue to develop myself through my own Yoga practice and to share that experience with you.
