After many years of attending local yoga classes, I qualified as a 200 hour yoga instructor in June 2018 at Harmonise Training Academy in Hove. Since then I have taught regularly in my local area and particularly enjoy teaching beginners and witnessing their confidence and awareness of the body grow. I am passionate about sharing the physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice with others. I believe yoga can complement other sports and help to counteract the effects of sedentary jobs and lifestyles.
