Coming from a sucessful competitve sports & dance background I always had a fascination with the beauty of flowing lines that could be made through movement of the body. 

I found  a passion for teaching & sharing my knowlege at only 19, when I became figure skating coach. 

I moved to the U.S.A. in 2002 an started to inspire & train skaters and gymanasts alike.  

It was in 2011 when I had the chance to deepen my long term yoga practice, being surrounded by many wonderful inspiring U.S. teachers, observing first hand the powerful impact of a regular yoga practice. 

Noticing how time and time again yoga changed lives, I decided act upon my longing to study yoga & set off to study Sampoorna Yoga with Yogi Hari in his Ashram based in Mirama, Florida.  (Never having the intention to leave my 20yr coaching career behind)  After becoming a qualifed yoga shiromani (teacher) I returned to the UK and built up a fantastic yoga community around the Swindon area.  I love working with clients who come to the mat imaging that yoga is beyond them and with gently guidance, curiosity and with a fun manner, seeing them unravel with joy and confidence.
