I am Vinyasa Flow trained with my background influences from Ashtanga, Dharma and Bikram. I have spent my life participating, exploring and enjoying a wide range of ways to move and care for the body and mind through nutrition, sports, dance and of course Yoga. I’m a perpetual Yoga scholar and teacher, marathon runner, sportive cyclist, squash player and certified nutritionist - with a keen interest and influence from Ayurveda. In the past 16 years I’ve found myself returning to my mat to practice Yoga far more regularly than in the preceding years, although Yoga has always been part of the journey. I decided to take my 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Yoga London in 2018 and feel humbled and privileged to share my love for the practice with others. I continue to do additional CPD each year, ranging from restorative yoga to Level 4 Cancer & rehab specialist and Yoga for Cancer.
