I studied yoga at the Upaya centre in Goa during March 2020, ahead of Covid 19 and away from reality. It was bliss but a very tough and rewarding teacher training course. I was new to yoga but wanted to learn from the experts so I could share true yoga with my students. I want newbies to know the basics from the start of their own journeys, just as I have learned.
