After practicing Yoga for over 10 years I finally took the plunge and completed my Yoga teacher training course at the Lotus Loft in Exeter this year. Working full time as an Interior Designer/stylist with a family while training has taught me so much about myself and really pushed me to deepen my Yoga practice further.
I love to practice and teach both a dynamic vinyasa flow or a reflective slower flow weaving themes through my class. I am an avid reader and like to bring Yoga in to my every day life. A creative, I love to paint and design.
