Overview

I fell in love with yoga when I first stepped onto a mat 31 years ago and it’s been part of me ever since.  In 2016 I achieved my dream to become a yoga teacher and it is an absolute pleasure to share my practice with other yogis.  

I teach mixed ability Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra online, in gyms, in workplaces and in the community.  I also specialise in Menopause Yoga and hold regular workshops to help women to thrive during this challenging time in our lives.  

I love how we can bring the mind to stillness by the union of the mind, body and breath.  I truly believe that yoga is suitable for everyone – all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities.  Yoga increases core strength, improves flexibility and relieves stress.  

My classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are especially welcome.  I offer modifications for each pose so you can explore, adapt and develop at your own pace. 


If you can breathe you can do yoga and you don’t have to be flexible to enjoy it....
