Hey
Well after many years of marriage traveling the world being an army wife, I settled and spend 16yrs in Alberta Canada, my marriage came to an end in 2016 and I am now living back in the U.K.
I took my training's in Canada and Costa Rica since taking that leap my life has completely changed for the better, before my training I use to hide myself away I was to afraid to be me! Oh! the struggles are still there, I now have tools that help me through all fears that come up. I have worked in schools with 'inspired youth project' a non profit organisation in Canada that i am currently working on to bring a sister project here in the UK. I love to teach and Inspire everyone I meet. we are all here to learn and grow nothing is ever a mistake!
