I have been teaching yoga since 2004, having trained with the Cambridge School of Yoga (now called Teach Yoga) in London.
I am a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I draw inspiration from many different teachers and styles of yoga, being drawn in particular to Viniyasa Flow Yoga due to the creative, fluid and softly-strong nature of the practice.
I aim to make my classes varied, safe, calm and enjoyable.
The term Viniyasa means "to flow with the breath".
Classes are based in Victoria Hall, Tring, Herts
Mondays and Thursdays 5.30pm
