I have practiced yoga for many years and enjoy the freedom I experience after class (both physically and mentally). In a world that is so busy and increasingly stressed, I feel that my yoga practice is my little oasis of calm where I become grounded and peaceful. I love getting out into nature and walking.
I felt the pull to share the joys of yoga with others for a few years. I finally took the plunge this year and trained with appleyoga on their 300 hour yoga teacher course. I choose this course due to its intelligent methodology that allows students to go deeper into their own practice. Having a bio-mechanically saavy approach to my studies has been so beneficial.
