Yoga has been a part of my life for the last 15 years, and I got my 250 hr yoga teacher training done in the summer of 2017 with Katy Appleton. I like to teach a dynamic class, with focus on alignment and breath. My main influences in my own yoga practise are from Shiva Rea, Faeq Biria, Angie Beadle and Kathryn Budig. I am also a qualified Acupuncturist and Medical Qi Gong trainer, which, like yoga, combines movement, breath and thought. In my classes I like to combine all my knowledge from these various fields to compose anatomically correct postures and sequences combined with mindful breathing and calming meditations.
