Overview

Sarah initially came to the mat many years ago through a personalised restorative/therapeutic yoga approach. Her work in nutrition and lifestyle medicine including mental health infulences her style of teaching which focuses on releasing the natural freedom of the body.

Sarah works with adults and teens either 1/1, small groups and through more detailed workshops.

This approach to yoga is suited to rehabilitation after injury, supporting those living with chronic diseases, stress related tension and the ageing body.
