I've been practicing ashtanga yoga for over 25 years. I love the flow of breath and movement and the effect on body and mind.
I've been teaching yoga since 1997; I aim to make yoga accessible, relevant, engaging and useful for every level of experience and ability. My classes are based on the ashtanga yoga sequences and include further asana variations, pranayama and meditation. I teach daily yoga classes and one-to-one tuition in Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset, and lead yoga workshops, CPD training and residential retreats throughout the world.
My first teacher was Danny Paradise and his open minded, free flowing and easy going approach to yoga is still a constant and welcome influence in my yoga practice and teaching ethos.
