Hi Everyone :)
I recently completed my 200 hour teacher training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow at Sampoorna in Goa and have started teaching in the area.
I am setting up some classes in the area and available for private lessons (individuals, groups or corporate) - all levels welcome.
Music is a twin passion of mine, so my lessons and classes always have music with them and to suit the various phases of the class.
