Overview

I have been practising yoga for more than 20 years and teaching since 2014, after completing teacher training in India. I have been fortunate to attend many retreats and workshops around the world studying various yoga styles; my introduction to yoga was in 2000 with Danny Paradise, an inspirational teacher, who was in one of the earliest groups of westerners to learn all the classical sequences of Ashtanga Yoga, through to Elizabeth Pauncz, who worked with Vanda Scaravelli.  

For the past 14 years my yoga has been inspired by the style of Vanda Scaravelli, my classes focus on breathing and grounding the body, using a gentle fluid and relaxed approach to help bring strength and flexibility to the body along with a sense of mindfulness. The classes are suitable for all, especially beginners.  

Everybody is a unique individual with their own style but we share the experience together.
