I completed my teacher training at yoga hero studio in Leeds in 2019. I also have a British wheel foundation certificate. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and after taking early retirement from full time employment made the desicion to take up yoga teacher training. with the desire to help bring the many benefits of yoga to as many people as possible.
I am currently teaching at a gym and have plans to expand my classes into a local well being centre. I believe that yoga is so much more asana practise and endeavour in some small way to introduce some aspects of the spiritual side of yoga into my classes
