Since childhood I have always believed in something bigger, a greater force...

I have been on a spiritual journey for as long as I can remember with a fascination for human behaviour and how the mind works. 

Everything began to make even more sense to me when I began attending a Buddhist Centre. This is when things really clicked. I began to experience self transformation through simple meditation. Simply having the courage to get out of a mental rut and make positive life changes. A year in I booked onto a Yoga retreat having never practiced before. And so it began...

I knew Yoga would encompass all that I believed in. For me it was always about the mind but Yoga connected it all...mind, body, breath.

Before this point I did suffer with anxiety and ongoing neck problems which I no longer experience. 

I am very happy to say that after a 5 year plan I am now a qualified yoga teacher. I set this goal at age 30 having no idea where I would learn to teach but everything seemed to unfold before my eyes. A nearby church where I practiced lead to a full blown yoga studio with regular classes and so much more to offer.  So I began a foundations course x 2 (just because I loved it), 3 amazing yoga retreats later and the studio I attended announced they were beginning a yoga teacher training academy. I signed up without hesitation and have just completed my 2 year teacher training within perfect timing of my 5 year plan. Incredible! 

Sharing this love is a no brainer for me,I just hope to inspire others as much as I have been inspired. Namaste.
