I qualified with Pure Light Yoga, a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school in April 2018. I have also trained in Teen Yoga and am always looking at ways to diversify and learn new yoga styles. I’m also trained in yoga for sports and Strala Yoga.

I’ve taught chair yoga, vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga and I love teaching to all abilities. My style is more gentle and very inclusive.

I have a friendly and encouraging approach. I always encourage people to listen to their own body at all times and only do what feels good. I only teach what I experience myself, which is to feel good every step of the way.

I’ve recently discovered dancing and can’t wait to bring these feel good classes to the local community. 

I’m a big believer in positivity and kindness and those beliefs are at the core of all my classes.
I teach around the West Hallam area of Derbyshire.
