Louise is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Registered Teacher and continues to study and develop her own daily yoga practice. From her personal practice, commitment and experience, she has taught Ashtanga yoga to beginners and intermediate students. Combining her knowledge of Kinesiology and yoga has allowed Louise to become intuitive to the needs and energies of others.
