My love of Yoga started when I was 14 at an Adult Education class in Kingston, Surrey. Over more than 30 years I have found Yoga to be a source of great comfort and peace. Yoga holds so many answers to the stress that troubles so many people.
In 1995 I decided to train as a therapist and spent 18 years working with clients in my clinic, as well as time treating injuries at various sports clubs. The experience of this work served me well when I finally decided to train as a Yoga teacher.
My classes focus on de-stress and relaxation. Using a combination of stretch, breath and meditation, I aim to help my clients to achieve a more peaceful and pain free environment for their body, mind and spirit.
I also run regular Yoga Nidra classes on a Monday evening via Zoom.
