Overview

My interest in yoga began in 2001 after studying to practice and teach Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand  I trained at The Yoga Garden in West Sussex.

I encourage a fun and inquisitive practice through my teaching and promote health and well-being through an holistic approach to life, with emphasis on self-compassion and awareness.

Nature inspires me and I love to work with the lessons she provides us.

Training as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist has further informed and enhanced my understanding of what it means to be whole.  Evolving from a single cell, our bodies, mind and spirit are intimately and inextricably connected and we can only ever be whole.

Although we have a tendency to deconstruct and label different aspects of ourselves, every single experience we have can only ever be experienced by the whole.   Developing the awareness and capacity to relate to ourselves as whole can bring about incredible insight and understanding and greatly enhance our yoga practice and our daily lives.
