I've been practising Yoga for 15+ years but decided to take are the plunge and complete my Teacher Training in 2018/19 at Whitespace Yoga Studio. As part of my training I observed classes in local villages and decided this was where I wanted to do my teaching. Bringing yoga to everyone and making it accessible to all. My current teaching is in Hatha but I will be completing my Yin training later this year.
