I completed my training this year with Zuna Yoga. I specialise in Hatha yoga with an emphasis on holding postures for longer periods and using pranayama, bandas and meditation as part of the practice as well as asana's.
I want to share the practice of yoga with people as I have seen the real benefits it can bring to your life. Making time for space and quiet for yourself can help you deal with the stress that life can bring. It is so important in the busy world we live in. I also have found the real benefit of a deep connection to our breath. Observing it in our body is what helps us to be connected and find ourselves and our inner power. And so important to clear our minds of unnecessary clutter.
Yoga is a powerful practice that can really change and enrich your life.
