Nothing is permanent. With the rapid spread of the corona virus, that is more clear now for all of us humans than it has ever been. As most of us, I used to leave my house to work. I enjoyed connecting with people through hot vinyasa classes, yin yoga, restorative yoga & meditation. I traveled the world teaching kids yoga teacher trainings as a senior yoga teacher with Rainbow Kids Yoga. All of this has come to a sudden halt. So how do we connect during these times? How can we keep our bodies, minds, and spirits nourished? How can we help our children stay physically active at home, learn coping skills for this stressful time, and still have fun? And what can we do right now to be a light? I’ve started this virtual yoga studio in hopes to be a light and to feel the light of others.

Here’s a bit about me. I’ve been practicing since 2004 and teaching since 2009. I’ve trained with many impactful teachers and will always be a student first. The teachers who have impacted my life the most are Tim Miller, Jane James, and my teacher Jonny Kest. I am registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals as a senior yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and RCYT in case you would like to take a workshop for continuing education credits. My favorite color is the art deco blue color, I love the sea, and live in South Florida. Your turn!
