I am originally from Portugal, but married an American and have since travelled the US and UK over recent years due to his work. I completed yoga training at Wellbeing Warehouse in Newmarket. I have been teaching fitness for over twenty years and I have been doing yoga for eight years. My teaching qualifications include spinning, step aerobics, dance aerobics, TRX and functional training. During the last four years I habe truly increased my yoga experiences. I am also certified in a level of physical therapy and massage.
