I started practicing yoga in 1997 and it had such a profound impact on my life that I devoted myself entirely to the study and practice of this ancient system. In 1998 I began teaching at different sites and was one of the first people to introduce the practice of yoga in gyms in Portugal. In 2005 I became pregnant and immerse myself in the study and practice of Yoga for pregnant women, infants and children, which is still one of my main focus until today because of the enormous benefits that I observed for myself and my pregnant students and their infants and children. For me, Yoga is one of the most important practices for living a harmonious pregnancy and preparation for childbirth. It's my passion! I teach also infants, children and adults. Yoga has something to offer to everyone :-)
