I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and have experience of numerous different types of yoga including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, hot yoga, Kundalini, boxing yoga and Vinyasa Flow.
I trained as a yoga teacher (200 hours) at Sampoona yoga, India, in 2013 and revisit the school annually to up-date my practice. I also participate in numerous yoga workshops and I attend the Yoga Show in Manchester and London.
I provide class cover for a variety of yoga classes.
