In this class we will be moving with our breath, integrating mindful transitions, and asanas suitable for all levels of practice. Mindful Yoga is my signature style where we combine different yoga styles and techniques with emphasis on breathing and meditation with elements of mindfulness.
This type of practice offers a deep insight into the mind and body connection and is a truly life changing approach to yoga practice.
