I have practised yoga in many styles and in several countries for more than 10 years. Having seen how helpful yoga was in helping my husband recover from a serious illness a few years ago, I became more involved and determined to share yoga's many benefits with a wider audience as a teacher.
I graduated as a Fierce Grace teacher in 2016 after completing my 200 hours Yoga Alliance Certification. I have special interest in working with injuries and other ailments and my love for music see my classes set to a great soundtrack
