Irana Ji An Fourouli -Yog’ratna – Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer, founder of Anapnoe Yoga®Awareness through the body and Yoga Shala Paros School of Yoga. Her experiential approach and unique style integrate breath, alignment and anatomical awareness to draw the student into their inner experience of each posture and into centering, strengthening integrally and flowing through the breath.
Irana has been teaching since the year 2001 and living and practicing Yoga for more than 27 years. She has dwelt in different lineages of yoga- Sivananda, Ashtanga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Anusara, Jivamukti, Bhakti Flow, Prana Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Scaravelli, Tantra & Kundalini Yoga. Her background as Dancer since the age of 5, Artist & Designer, her Zen Buddhist practice and Therapeutic experience infuse her lifestyle and teaching.
She has a Therapeutic approach towards the physical and emotional well being. Her knowledge of yoga, body, and mind inspire a transformational approach to yoga practice. Her experience as a Vinyasa Yoga practitioner and her background can be clearly felt in her precision, awareness of bioenergetic alignment and fluidity of movement in practice.

Vinyasa Krama means means wise progression & refers to the science of sequencing. It is the body of knowledge that allows you to systematically design classes to achieve specific goals, through a carefully crafted progression. - practices with a seamless beginning, middle and end.
Your study of Vinyasa Krama will include the time-tested systems of knowledge of Chakras––the foundation of yoga practice; pranayama—the science of breath; asana––the methodology related to our bodily & energetic systems; meditation & Yoga Nidra––the science of mind, and ultimately, soul and tantra—the ancient tradition that weaves together the worlds of spirit, energy and matter.

What is Sādhanā ?

It is a process of transmission of yogic tools to improve your lifestyle and access higher dimentions of living.
What is Rasa?
Rasa is a Sanskrit term meaning "essence". In the spiritual tradition, this term refers to the essence of human experience; the emotions that govern human life. Tantric system identifies nine basic human emotions. In the practice of yoga however,
only three of these rasas are considered to be fundamental: the vira rasa (refers to the power of controlling the breath, mind and body), the shanti rasa (refers to the serenity of equilibrium) and the sringara rasa (refers to the spiritual and physical unity achieved through yoga).
