Thanks so much for coming to my site. My name is Stephanie Shanti and I am the Director of Shanticentre Training School and co-founder of Shanticentre Yoga Holidays retreat centre in rural Italy. 

I am a therapeutic yoga specialist with 20 years teaching experience, and have also been a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner since 2000.

 I run Yoga Teacher Training programmes as well as a wide variety of massage trainings in Bristol, UK and I also run yoga immersions, retreats, and workshops around the world.
