Louise has been studying and practising yoga for more than twenty five years. She bought her first book on yoga whilst living and working in Sri Lanka. Over the years Louise has explored and researched different styles of yoga and studied with a range of highly acclaimed teachers whilst navigating family life, teaching and international moves.

Now living in East Sussex, Louise teaches privately from her home and group classes at The Yoga Life Studio in Eastbourne. She aims to teach intelligently with compassion and encourages her students to develop their yoga practise beyond asana. Louise hopes that her curious and dedicated yoga practise equips her with composure, flexibility and joy which all help her to navigate life's journey in a balanced and peaceful way.
