I am Anna, a yoga teacher based in Dublin, Ireland.
I was trained as a yoga teacher by experienced yogis in India - the home of yoga. I have done 500 hours of yoga teacher training in India (Hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy) as well as pregnancy yoga teacher training and hormone yoga teacher training. I have 36 hours of trauma informed yoga training as well.
My classes are a balance between meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (yoga poses) and relaxation (shavasana) to benefit every individual in their spiritual journey through yoga helping to boost self-confidence and empowering everyone to lead a truly fulfilling life.
I teach with a holistic approach focusing on spiritual awareness and awakening to your true essence (living true to yourself is in fact the biggest success in life!).
Although my focus is spiritual awareness, the classes are sure to bring you numerous physical benefits (reduced lower back, improved hearth funcion, increased flexibility, immunity and strength among many others) as well as mental and emotional benefits (reduced anxiety, increased focus & concentration, improved ability to deal with stress).
Apart from yoga, I also teach menstrual cycle awareness and host women's circles to cultivate connection, community of support and a safe space to share experiences.
