Tania has been teaching full time at her own yoga studio for nearly 7 years now.  She is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Wheel, Aerial Yoga Hammock & Aerial Yoga Swing.  She is also a registered Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Teacher & Reiki Practitioner.

Her special interest is in spinal health, due to her own personal experiences with chronic back pain, which sparked her interest and consequently lead her to train and teach in Aerial Yoga.  She was originally drawn to Aerial Yoga for the many health benefits and the decompression of the spine that can be achieved during inversions.  Full inversions are made much safer and are more accessible for more people with the support of a hammock or a sling.

Her home is fast becoming a holistic health and retreat centre, offering a variety of physical yoga and meditation practices along side holistic therapies to help to support her local community, fellow teachers and practitioners.

Tania is passionate about striving forward, she is highly motivated and is constantly learning, improving her knowledge in order to provide the best possible offerings to all those she serves.
