Overview

Specialising in live online Gentle Flow Yoga classes for beginners and those looking to develop their practice.

Training

Under the guidance of Yogacharia Lallit Kumar, Himilaya Yoga Valley Centre, Cork, Ireland, successfully completed my Yoga Teacher Training in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Anatomy, Philosophy, Meditation, Mantra and Pranayama in 2016

Now specialising in Chair, Flow and GentleYoga classes, for beginners and those looking to get their yoga practice up and running again.  Incorporating elements of Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga with emphasis placed on breathing techniques, correct alignment, and slower movements, which makes for a safe practice whilst strengthening the body and calming the mind.

Complimented by 20+ years of my own yoga practice,  having been initially persuaded by my aunt over a Sunday dinner  "why not come along to that yoga class I go to at the local school ... it's actually really good for you, keeps your mind and body fit".

Sound advice, and as a qualified, certified and insured yoga teacher, I'm now able to share with others the many benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Aidrian's online gentle flow classes are perfect . I really look forward to them, knowing I will come away learning something new, feeling clam and less stressed. He always makes himself available at the beginning and end of the class for questions. The online approach works well for me, doing yoga in the comfort of my own home, not battling against the wind and rain to get to a class!

"The gentle flow class caters for everybody and you feel everyone is very welcome from beginner to those who have experienced YOGA before. I would highly recommend YOGA with Aidrian Duffy as it is for me active, relaxing, calming a great combination of everything in an hour" The class is LIVE on line and the opportunity at the end of the class to ask Adrian any questions is encouraged.

    gentle flow yoga

adrian's gentle flow yoga begins with some breathwork and chanting, which i found very grounding. we did some lovely sun salutation sequences , followed by inversions and restorative yoga. lots of room for adjustments, when required. a good emphasis on the meditative aspect of yoga . Adrian was very generous with his time and knowledge, and i will be returning to his class

A lovely gentle beginners yoga class - Adrian has a very thoughtful calm natured way about him. Looking forward to the next one listening to sounds of the nearby stream whilst practicing.
