Hi Guys,

My name is Stephen Rockett and i am the owner at My Yoga waterford, a beautiful and vibrant studio on the outskirts of Waterford city. I am a 200 hour RYS and 500 hour RYS trained yoga teacher and i did my training with Michael Connolly from the alphazone school of yoga here in Waterford. I discovered yoga in my mid Thirties and loved it, when i started my teacher training i couldn't believe how fast all the old problems both physical and subtle just seemed to disappear and became hooked so much so that i invested in a yoga studio! I like to teach my students through great alignment but also to invite them to use their imagination and to immerse themselves in the pose and i have seen some fantastic results that students have achieved.My mantra is that it's not about me, it's all about the student.
