As with all yoga classes during this time, you can continue to teach provided you are able to follow the current government guidelines in your area. The same is true for Hot Yoga Classes.
The main concern with Hot Yoga is being able to meet the criteria for ventilation while maintaining heat enough for the class. A target ventilation rate of 20l/s/p is advised for facilities.
More modern ventilation systems can bring in fresh oxygenated air whilst not reducing the temperature in the room. Due to this, we recommend carefully checking the suitability of your system when considering running your hot yoga classes again.
All other guidelines including distancing and sanitising should be followed as well. Find more information on our recommendations here.
