Yoga Alliance Professionals assess your course syllabus to ensure it meets our criteria. We will not assess your students to judge whether they have passed your training course.
The assessment is up to the lead Senior Yoga Teacher of the course. We feel that the lead teacher understands what is required to become a great yoga teacher and has more insight into each student.
We recommend that your students know how they will be assessed at the course's end. We also suggest that you provide continual assessments and feedback throughout the course; if a student were to fail, it really shouldn't surprise them.
