You can access the customer portal to check your subscription renewal date, the amount of your renewal payment, update your payment method, or download receipts.
The customer portal is accessible from the Manage Account section of your profile and we also include a link in your 30-day and 14-day renewal reminder emails.
Follow the login link and confirm the email address connected to your customer account. This process is required to ensure your details are kept secure. (Renewal reminder emails will tell you the email address associated with your account. If you are in doubt, please contact us.)
If an active customer account is connected to that email address, you will receive a link to access your details. The link will be active for 30 minutes, so be sure to use it immediately, or you will need to complete the process again.
Inside the portal you will be able to see the details of your current and historic renewal payments (accounts may not show historic data from before 2023.)
You can add new and remove expired payment methods.
