How do I add my syllabus and publish my course dates?

In order to advertise your course, you should always upload your syllabus in the first instance. Once approved by YAP you can publish your course dates to be advertised on the YAP website. This handy video will provide you with clear instructions on how to achieve this.

Step 1: Add Your Syllabus

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the correct account (Trainer Pro). If you are logged in to your teacher account, go here to learn more about logging out and in. 
  2. Select the syllabus icon from your dashboard.
  3. Complete all of the sections, don't forget an image!
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Your syllabus is now pending approval from someone in our team (2 business days)
  6. Once approved, go to the next step.

Step 2: Add Your Course Date

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the correct account (Trainer Pro).
  2. Select the training course type you'd like to add.
  3. Select the syllabus from the dropdown, and complete all the sections (make sure to add in the smart tags)!
  4. To make the course date live, you need to select 'yes' under 'Publish?' at the top.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Your event is now live!
