We are sorry to hear that you are considering cancelling your account and ending your membership (and insurance, if applicable). To initiate the cancellation process, please complete the form provided below.
Access Cancellation Form
You will have three options:
- Cancel Immediately - Your membership, and insurance if applicable, will be cancelled immediately.
- Cancel At Renewal - Your membership and insurance will continue until you expire.
- Cancel Insurance - We'll remove insurance from your renewal and maintain your membership. Please note that this means you will be billed for membership only at your expiry.
Make sure to submit the form at least 14 days prior to your expiry date to allow sufficient time for processing your cancellation and to avoid any unwanted fees.
We cannot process your cancellation out of hours. If your renewal is due on the next working day and you have made a request out of hours, your renewal will still go through. We can only process cancellations/payment amendments Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your account, you will need to reapply if you decide to join us again in future. This will mean resubmitting your information and certificates, and you may be subject to new membership prices.
