How do I cancel my membership renewal?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your membership (and insurance if applicable) please contact us directly.


We ask that you contact us at least 14 days ahead of your renewal date to allow enough time to process your cancellation and avoid unwanted fees. To do this either call the office and speak to a member of the team or send an email. 

When you get in touch please let us know your reason for cancellation, this will help us to better serve our members in future.


Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your account you will need to reapply if you decide to join us again in future. This will mean resubmitting your information and certificates and you may be subject to new membership prices.


If you are taking a break from teaching to study, for maternity or injury a Career Break may be a better option. Please find out more about this option here.
