Congratulations on becoming a new member of Yoga Alliance Professionals! To get started, the first thing you need to do is create your online profile.
After completing the sign-up process, you will receive a prompt to create your login details. By following the instructions, you will be directed straight to the profile dashboard.

Do you not see these fields to fill out? You may have the wrong account type. Please start a live chat with us in the bottom right corner, and we'll update this for you.
To complete your profile, easily navigate through each section by clicking on the X symbol. In each section, you will find necessary fields marked with an asterisk (*). Remember, you can always make changes to your information later, so don't worry about making it perfect right now. You can log in at any time here.
The goal is to have sections 1-4 all marked as completed with a green tick ✔ (Section 5 is also important, although it won't display a tick when completed)
Section 1 -
Please provide your legal name, phone number and address of residency (this is required for legal purposes but is not visible to the public). Additionally, you have the option to include a public teaching address and links to your social media profiles if you wish to do so.
Section 2 -
To personalise your profile, please upload a profile photo or logo. This will help others recognise you and your brand easily.
Section 3 -
Please provide your graduation date and the number of teaching hours you have completed since graduation. You can also include the styles of yoga you teach as categories, which will help others find you easily on the site. Additionally, feel free to provide further details about your teaching style and classes to give visitors a better understanding of what you offer.
Section 4 -
In this section, share a brief biography that highlights your classes, what inspired you to practice yoga, and what sets your teaching style apart. Write one or two paragraphs describing your teaching approach and the unique qualities you bring to your classes.
Section 5 -
Please upload your certificate of completion from a 200-hour (or more) foundation teacher training course. If you are applying for a specialist application, please upload your specialist training certificate.
Once you have completed all the necessary sections and marked them as completed with a green tick, you can request activation. 
After requesting activation, your dashboard will refresh and our team members will review your profile. We aim to activate profiles within 2 working days, as long as all the required information has been provided.
