I'm having trouble logging in

If you are experiencing difficulty gaining access to your account, in the first instance we would suggest making sure you are logging in to the right place: log-in here.

Secondly, make sure that you are using the correct email address to log-in i.e. the email address connected to your account. Most likely this will be the address you used to create your account, unless you have changed it since joining.

If you are unsure of your password, you can retrieve it here.

For those who have just joined and are unable to create an account, you may have a practitioner profile with your current email address. Please start a live chat in the corner, and we'll update your settings. 


If you are trying to access a YAPTA event, please note that Log-in details for the YAPTA courses won't be carried over from your Yoga Alliance Professionals profile. The two platforms are not connected so you will have to create a YAPTA account first!

If you haven't created an account yet, you can easily log in with Linked, Facebook, or Google. Alternatively, you can create an account using email. 

Occasionally the password retrieval email will be redirected spam or junk. If your email doesn't arrive, check any folders or filters you may have.
