Why do I need to provide the telephone numbers of my Graduates?

It is important for YAP to contact your Graduates in the first instance. We prefer to have a conversation to discuss the training they have received and gain valuable feedback on their experience, such as whether they recommend the course. We feel this approach provides a better understanding and provides the platform for graduates to be truthful in their feedback. We also feel it is better to have a personal touch when congratulating them on the completion of their course.
