Overview

A love of dance started when I began school at Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts in 1987 and I haven’t stopped learning and exploring new ways to enjoy movement ever since.

I trained as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist in 2003 after injuries limited a career in dance and started yoga around this time, beginning the rewarding journey towards a stronger and healthier body and a much calmer mind.

Moving without physical and mental pain is such a blessing that I decided to share the benefits of yoga by taking my first teacher training in 2012.

Since graduating I have studied and taught daily and I am eternally grateful to all my teachers for their knowledge and encouragement.

With over two decades of experience, I can help you enjoy how your body moves in a relaxed and playful way whilst building strength and finding balance, learning how to breathe, whilst increasing your awareness of the infinite possibilities open to you.

I provide private pregnancy, postnatal, restorative, yoga conditioning, vinyasa flow yoga classes.

I understand that all bodies are completely unique and I am able to assist you in adapting your alignment and practice to suit your body and goals.

I teach to all levels, ability and requirements and encourage my students to challenge themselves in accessible ways.

It doesn’t matter what level you are, how flexible or strong you are or how deep you’d like to take the yoga concept, it will benefit you in some way.

Since giving birth to our son in 2016, I have been very passionate about providing supportive pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes which are known for being safe yet dynamic.

I love being part of such a wonderful community of mothers and their babies.

I have learnt to keep my student's practices interesting, with the intention of leading them towards more confident and relaxed versions of themselves.

I hope to meet you soon. Namaste.

Toni’s post natal classes are really enjoyable, both relaxing and just the right level of physically challenging! She has a calm, nurturing and encouraging approach and has done a great job at adapting to online classes, where she continues to observe and respond to individual needs.

Toni is one of the best yoga teachers that I have encountered. Her postnatal yoga classes perfectly balance strengthening and stretching and really address all the areas that need attention postnatally. I also really enjoy that each class is unique with emphasis on a different area, allowing for a deep focus on different aspects of the body over time. I can only recommend both her garden yoga and her zoom classes.

I’ve practised with Toni at two studios IRL doing hot flow, as well as pregnancy and post natal classes. Since March, I’ve attended her online post natal and strengthening vinyasa classes. I would really recommend Toni as a teacher because she is so compassionate and encouraging. Her classes are a good mix of strengthening moves and postures, and to relax and de-stress. She was quick to adapt to the closure of studios and to meet the yoga need of her students. It was really good to be able to practise with a real teacher during this unusual time, and Toni also made her recorded classes available which meant I was able to practise on my own. Thank you Toni!

I started going to Toni’s yoga class at the start of my second trimester. It was exactly what I needed! Toni is so clear and patient, it is really easy to follow all the techniques even though I am not very experienced. She also tailors the class according to the needs of the group which has really helped me to alleviate some of the pregnancy pains I have been feeling. I have done both the garden yoga and online classes and absolutely love both and would 100% recommend Toni’s classes!

Toni is a fantastic teacher, I have followed from her pregnancy yoga classes to postnatal classes. I think her teaching really helped me carry my pregnancy well physically and mentally. Her classes always offer something new and varied plus they're right level of 'challenging' too, if you want; which antenatal classes aren't always.
