Come and enjoy a weekend of Yoga at the Purelands retreat centre set within the grounds of Samey Ling, the first Tibetan centre to be set up in the west in 1967. The weekend will be an opportunity to detach from the routine of everyday life, enjoy great food, company and absorb yourself in the joy of Yoga practice. There’ll be some free time Saturday afternoon to go for a relaxing walk by the river or around the grounds, chill in the Tibetan tea rooms, browse around the shop or simply sit quietly in one of the main shrine rooms.
There are up to 3 Yoga session per day consisting of a morning, lighter afternoon practice and evening meditation. The weekend explores the practice of Yoga from the gross to the subtle aspects of the self and is a chance to go deeper, the practice room is a large warm space with under floor heating.
The price includes your own room, Yoga sessions and meals of breakfast, lunch and evening supper which is all delicious vegetarian.
